2. Platform Scope

Wait4trip operates as a lead-matching directory platform for travel packages. We do not operate travel agency services, host tour programs, process travel booking payments, or act as an insurer or representative of travel agents or travelers. Any agreements made are solely between travelers and registered travel agents.

3. Travel Agent Responsibilities

Registered travel agents agree to provide accurate business profile details (business address, GST, licenses). Agents represent that their listings conform to consumer laws. Listings published by unverified agents remain in draft mode. Verification is determined at the sole discretion of the platform administrator.

4. Limitation of Liability

Wait4trip is not liable for any dispute, refund claim, cancelation fee, quality issues, or damages arising from reservations coordinate with travel agents registered on this site. Travelers are advised to check agent registration badges, reviews, and verify licensing details independently before transferring funds.
